Whistleblowing

DAFRAM S.p.A. has set up a reporting channel through an online application for those who intend to report any of the unlawful behaviours covered by Legislative Decree 24/2023:

HOW TO SUBMIT A REPORT
To access the application, copy the following URL address: https://dafram.trusty.report/ and paste it into a new page of the browser. This way, no trace of access to the reporting channel will remain on our website.
After accessing the platform, the whistleblower will be guided through the process of filling in a questionnaire consisting of open-ended and/or closed-ended questions, that will allow them to provide the elements characterising the report (facts, timeline, etc.).
During the reporting process, the whistleblower may choose whether to reveal their identity or remain anonymous. Anyone who initially chooses anonymity may later decide to provide their personal details.
Immediately after submission, the application will issue a user identification code and a password. It is essential to write down/save these credentials, as they cannot be recovered in case of loss.
These credentials will allow the whistleblower to access their report through the portal, to monitor its progress, to add further elements, to provide their personal details, or to answer any questions from the Supervisory Body.

WHO HANDLES THE REPORTS
Reports can only be viewed by the Supervisory Body of DAFRAM S.p.A., established pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which is responsible for its handling.

PROTECTION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WHISTLEBLOWER
The application is equipped with security measures designed to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower and the reports. The Supervisory Body, responsible for handling reports, is an independent and autonomous body which is obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding the whistleblower’s identity. No retaliation or discrimination, whether direct or indirect, may arise to anyone who has made a report in good faith.
On the other hand, anyone who intentionally submits false or unfounded reports with the sole purpose of harming others may be reported to the judicial authorities.

PROTECTION OF THE REPORTED PERSON
A report alone is not sufficient to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the person reported. If the reported conduct is supported by sufficient evidence, the Company may decide to open disciplinary proceedings against the alleged perpetrators of the unlawful conduct. In such case, those persons will be contacted and guaranteed the right of defense.

PRIVACY PROTECTION POLICY
Any personal and sensitive data contained in the report, including information relating to the identity of the whistleblower or other persons, will be processed in full compliance with EU and national personal dataprotection regulation.
