Capabilities
Our production follows our philosophy: we maintain vertical control over every stage of the product lifecycle because we know that every detail contributes to the safety and efficiency of the plants.

Welding
Our welding department has more than 50 welding procedures (PQR) and uses various processes, including SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and SAW. All work activities are carried out by highly qualified in house personnel and supervised by an International Welding Engineer (IWE).

Inspection and Testing
We strive to deliver reliable valves even in the most critical situations. Every valve is 100% tested with standard and optional client requested tests. The testing department is equipped with the most modern and safe equipment, including high pressure gas test bunkers, cryogenic test tanks, and type test facilities.

Painting
Qualified personnel supervised by NACE CIP Level 3 can paint valves in our in house facility using final coatings, suitable for offshore use (including metallisation), underground installation and subsea environments.
With our equipment, in addition to standard testing, we can also perform optional or special tests required by the customer or the project, all within our own facility.

Cryogenic Tests
We can simulate low temperature service and test cryogenic service valves by bringing them to –196°C, using liquid nitrogen. After immersing the valve in the nitrogen tank and reaching the target temperature, sealing tests are carried out on all critical components.

FET
To meet the requirements of the most demanding end users, we have been performing Fugitive Emission Tests (FET) with helium for years, to ensure that our valves have ZERO leakage to the atmosphere. Stem seals, body joints, and all other potential leakage points are monitored in accordance with ISO 15848 parts 1 and 2.
