Dafram HIPPS Ball Valves

A High Integrity Pressure Protection System is an independently instrumented system that prevent plant lines from loss of containment due to over-pressure situations. Dafram valves for HIPPS applications are specifically designed in order to meet very strict requirements given by International Standards and service conditions. Special attention is dedicated to valve drive train design and seat materials selection because of the considerable speed of shut down operation. HIPPSs equipped with Dafram valves prove to be very reliable and are classified up to SIL 4.
